I decided to start this French cooking recipes section after it dawned on me that whether I’m daydreaming about my next Paris trip or reminiscing about a previous one, nothing puts me in a better frame of mind than a good old classic French cuisine dish. Okay, I might be a bit biased because I grew up on that stuff, but I hardly think I have to sell the virtues of French food. And if you’re anything like me, I’m sure you favor eating it over having to cook it, any day. The good news is that you came to the right place to find easy recipes that just about anyone can manage to turn into a delightful dish. I am putting together a collection of easy French cooking recipes that will have you impress your friends and make you look like a talented Chef. Your secret is safe; only you and I will know that in reality you need directions even to boil eggs!
